Return And Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us by email before returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Policy

  • Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags, packaging, and any gifts included.

  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported by email within 7 days of delivery. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Faniva Collections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Unauthorized returns, rejections, or packages marked as undeliverable may incur a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped, quality issue), you will receive a full refund.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • Please note: Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If your original card is no longer valid, please contact us in advance.

  • Final sale items, promotional products, and gift cards are not eligible for refund.

  • Customized or special-order products may only qualify for partial refunds.

Cancellations & Exchanges

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting us at service@fanivacollections.com. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellations as processing may have begun.

  • If you wish to modify or exchange your order before it ships, please email us. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed.

  • For exchanges after delivery, please contact us at service@fanivacollections.com for return instructions.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Beauty and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Reserved Rights

Faniva Collections reserves the right to refuse returns from customers with excessive or fraudulent return activity. Incorrect items sent back to us will be discarded upon receipt.
